Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team and help deliver high-quality, precision-machined products for our customers. In this role, you'll work with a variety of equipment, tooling, and NC programs to meet exact blueprint specifications, while playing an active role in our quality and continuous improvement culture.

What You'll Do

• Machine parts to meet customer specifications using assigned equipment, tooling, and programs
• Read and interpret blueprints, use precision measuring instruments, and apply expendable and permanent tooling and NC programs to meet all blueprint requirements
• Accurately document work results on the Job Traveler and related paperwork
• Report setup times, run times, and other production data through our E-2 reporting system
• Track and report scrap (setup and run) and rework labor as required
• Support Internal Auditors during Quality Management System (QMS) audits
• Keep your work area clean and organized, including proper disposal of chips and excess material
• Understand and apply company Quality Policies and Objectives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating machining equipment (CNC and/or manual, depending on assigned area)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Basic computer skills for production reporting systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support audits and process improvements
