Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience operating CNC lathe and milling machines.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• G-Code
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover
• Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology
