• Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC Lathe producing tooling and prototypes on Mazak lathe; small lot sizes, multiple set ups per day.

• The right candidate will be experienced in programming- ability to write a hand program without assistance, download and edit programs and troubleshoot when needed.

• Ability to guide Blueprint Reading and GD&T.

• Have knowledge of multiple types of controls.

• Take ownership of quality control and gauging ability- ability hold a tolerance of +/- .0001.

• Second shift 4pm-2:30am

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Okuma, Haas, ProtoTRAK, Doosan, Kitamura, Brother, Hurco)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Mitsubishi, Haas, Okuma, Kitamura, Dmg Mori Seiki, Mikron, Matsuura)
