What You'll Do:
In this role, you’ll help manufacture high-quality, precision parts — up to 160″ long and 36″ in diameter — by creating CNC lathe programs using Mazatrol, identifying tooling needs, and maintaining precise inspection records. You’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled, well-equipped facility where your skill and attention to detail make a real impact. What You’ll Get:
- Weekly pay: Starting at $21 - $33/hr depending on experience + 10% shift premium and paid mealtime

What You’ll Bring to the Table: - 3+ years of experience operating CNC Lathes is required
- The ability to program using Mazatrol
- Experience with Mastercam is a plus
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in precise measurement and use of micrometers, calipers, and other gauges
- The ability to independently processing precision parts from setup to finish
A Day in the Life: - Set up, program, and run CNC lathes
- Inspect and document your own work using precision measuring equipment
- Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments
- Operate forklifts (we’ll train and certify you)
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
