CNC Lathe Machinist (Setup & Operation)
Location: Texarkana, AR
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
Pay: Starting at $24.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our team in Texarkana. This position is responsible for independently setting up and operating CNC lathes to manufacture quality components that meet engineering specifications and production requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate NC/CNC lathes without assistance.
- Install and adjust tooling, jaws, and fixtures.
- Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and production documents.
- Document production and quality records as required.
- Maintain quality and production standards.
- Train and assist other operators when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in safety initiatives and training programs.
- Support departmental production needs, including overtime as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes.
- Ability to use measuring instruments including calipers, tape measures, Pi tapes, squares, and protractors.
- Understanding of machining tolerances and quality requirements.
- Experience installing tooling, jaws, and fixtures.
- Ability to use various hand tools and inspection equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
