CNC Lathe Machinist – 1st Shift
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Machinist to join our growing team on 1st Shift. This position offers a stable full-time schedule, overtime opportunities, and a clean, air-conditioned work environment.

Monday – Thursday
5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, blueprint reading, precision measurement, and quality-focused manufacturing. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts that meet customer and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of production machining experience
- CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of CNC terminology, machine settings, and maintenance
- Understanding and application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Proficient use of standard metrology and inspection equipment
- Ability to follow work instructions, routers, and travelers
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- CNC Lathe setup and operation experience
- CAM software experience
- General mechanical knowledge
- Programming experience at the machine panel or through CAM software
Responsibilities
- Machine parts according to specifications and blueprints
- Select proper tooling and perform machine setups
- Conduct pre-inspection, first-piece inspection, and in-process inspections
- Maintain accurate setup and cycle time records
- Deburr, clean, and prepare finished parts for the next operation
- Identify and report non-conforming products to Quality
- Maintain compliance with AS9100/ISO9001 quality standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to support production goals
- Provide feedback regarding documentation, routing, BOMs, or print discrepancies
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team operations
