Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure longevity and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC lathe machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Expierence operating overhead crane
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
