🔧 CNC Lathe Machinist (2nd Shift) – Direct Hire

📍 Blaine, WI

💲 $22.00 – $38.00/hour

TekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturers. We’re hiringCNC Lathe Machinists to join a clean, climate-controlled, high-growth facility. This role is ideal for someone who can handle setups, run independently, and take pride in quality work.

🔩 What You’ll Do

• Perform CNC lathe setups (standard to moderately complex) and make offsets
• Run parts to tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
• Read blueprints & GD&T and follow job travelers
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gaging tools for inspection
• Monitor machines, replace tooling, and perform basic maintenance
• Deburr and finish parts as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC lathe / turning experience
• Experience with setups, offsets, and troubleshooting
• Strong blueprint reading & inspection skills
• Ability to work independently and run multiple machines
• CNC training or certification is a plus
