We’re hiring CNC Machinists with a rapidly growing precision machining manufacturer in the north Minneapolis area supporting complex aerospace and medical components, with major investments in advanced automation, 5-axis machining, and long-term employee development.

🕓 Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff)
• Weekend Shift: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff)

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Perform CNC setups, tool changes, offsets, and operation
• Run parts to tight tolerances and maintain quality standards
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and setup documentation
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision gaging
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust processes
• Support preventive maintenance & machine upkeep
• Perform deburring and finishing as needed
• Participate in lean manufacturing & continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe/turning required)
• Ability to perform setups and run independently
• Experience with offsets, troubleshooting, and multi-machine operation
• Strong blueprint reading & inspection skills
• Comfortable working with tight tolerances and complex parts
• Aerospace, medical, or high-precision experience preferred
