Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Laser Operator in NWA to set up, operate, and monitor newly installed fiber laser equipment for sheet metal part fabrication.

What you bring

• Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of G-code or CNC controls
• Experience working with sheet metal (steel, stainless, aluminum)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

What you will do

• Keep the parts flowing! Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (fiber)
• Load and unload sheet metal and finished parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)
• Perform basic machine adjustments and offsets
• Monitor cutting quality and make corrections as needed
• Identify and report machine issues or quality concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and shop policies
