Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy in production.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC laser equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production activities and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
