Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
