Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our production team in Avon, OH. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on operating CNC laser cutting machinery to produce high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate is reliable, precise, and mechanically inclined, with at least 2 years of CNC laser cutting experience and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

2nd shift: 4 ten-hour shifts, 4pm-2:30am Mon-Thurs

What you will get to do

• Operate laser and related equipment safely and accurately
• Load and unload parts and materials into machines
• Monitor machines during operation and detect any malfunctions
• Assemble and process parts according to specifications
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Record production and operational data as needed

- Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently

Support general manufacturing tasks as needed on the shop floor

What you bring to the team

• 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Proven experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical competence with solid math and measurement skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable teammate with excellent communication skills and willingness to work 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM).
