Express Employment of Monroe is partnered with a family-owned company with over 40 years of success in precision machining and material solutions looking for a Knee Mill Programmer to program and operate knee mills from print. You’ll work on custom-engineered components for industries like energy systems, defense, and automotive. If you’re detail-oriented and passionate about machining, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Program and operate knee mills from engineering prints.
• Perform full CNC programming and setups.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality.
• Learn lathe operations if needed.

Qualifications:

• CNC programming experience (knee mills required).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of Accurate G2 and CNC controls.
• Strong attention to detail.

Location: Riverview, MI

Pay: $25/hr (negotiable based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), some overtime
