Overview

We are currently seeking a CNC Hydromat Operator to join our team at our facility located in Livonia, MI, 48150. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a second shift position (2p-10p)

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Hydromat machines to produce high-quality parts
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure product specifications are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Read and understand part specific blueprints and dimensions
• Use micrometers, calipers and all basic gages
• Understand procedures and work instructions
• Understand proper operation of machine and able to change Hydromat /CNC tools and offsets.Use appropriate statistical tools
• Perform comprehensive machine preventative maintenance routines
• Use, understanding, and execution of LEAP/5S, HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC Hydromat machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
