Requirements of CNC Grinding Machinist:

• 3 Years of CNC Machining experinece required
• Set-Up Exp on: Mills, Lathes, Grinders, or Wire EDM required
• Able to Read Blueprints and CAD Drawings required
• Experience with CNC Centerless, Cylindrical (OD/ID), and Surface Grinding preferred

Responsibilities of CNC Grinding Machinist:

• This role involves setting up and operating CNC grinding machines to manufacture precision metal parts
• Responsibilities include performing machine setups, changing tooling, dressing grinding wheels, reading blueprints, making machine adjustments, inspecting finished parts, and troubleshooting machining issues
• Work primarily includes CNC centerless, cylindrical (OD/ID), and surface grinding for the aerospace, automotive, medical, hydraulic, defense, and industrial manufacturing industries

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
