Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring for a CNC Grinder Programmerin Davison, MI. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a CNC Grinder Programmer position for a company in the firearm & automotive industries. This role involves programming a CNC Grinder and producing parts according to company standards and specifications. Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! This is a direct hire role with a competitive hourly rate starting at $37+ per hour (pay rate based on experience) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Relocation package is negotiable based on distance. Available shifts include:- 1st shift Monday to Thursday 6AM to 4:30PM, overtime available after training period

Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for programming, operating, and overall production of carbide and High-Speed Steel chamber reamers on a Anca TX-7 CNC Grinder.

• Responsible for ensuring quality parts are produced and production needs are being met in accordance with blueprints and current demands.
• Daily tasks include programming and operating CNC grinder, as well as other various manufacturing machines, as needed.
• Responsible for ensuring and maintaining machines, as needed.
• Assist President and Plant Manager as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:- Anca, Walter, or Rollomatic CNC programming experience is required.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, production, and gaging/metrology.
• Basic math and trigonometry ability.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
