## Responsibilities
Program CNC machines using GibbsCam software to produce high-quality parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes and machine settings.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, specifically with GibbsCam software.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
