We’re looking for an Equipment and Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to lead our preventative maintenance efforts, ensure machine uptime, and keep our facility running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for CNC machines, support equipment, and facility infrastructure
• Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose root causes, and coordinate timely repairs
• Oversee internal and external maintenance activities, including subcontractor management
• Perform or coordinate general facility repairs (lighting, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry)
• Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies
• Track and report on PM compliance, machine uptime, and repair costs
• Lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs
• Support 5S and continuous improvement projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including CNC equipment and facility upkeep
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
• Experience with maintenance software and documentation
• Comfortable using power tools and performing light fabrication
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; Technical diploma or Associate’s Degree preferred
