Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Citizen lathes to produce high-quality components. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred. Proven experience in CNC machining, specifically with Citizen lathes. Strong understanding of CNC programming and setup procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Familiarity with quality control processes and tools.
