Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bodor laser cutting machines to meet production specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CNC laser cutting machines, preferably Bodor models.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
