We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team of approx. 70+ skilled machinists in our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities AND we're offering qualified applicants a $2,500 signing bonus!

Based in Cedarburg, WI, our team will look to you to support the manufacturing of high-quality parts including engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures and more by creating CNC Mill programs, identifying required tooling, and maintaining accurate inspection documentation.

Starting pay ranges from $30 - $38/hr, plus an additional 10% shift differential with generous perks and benefits including:

What you need to succeed:

3+ years of experience operating 5 Axis Machining Centers is required
Ability to program using Mastercam is required.
Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings.
Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
Ability to process precision parts from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Set up, Program and Run 5-Axis Machining Centers.
Review part specification and requirements.
Setup work piece, create machining center sequence and tool selection.
Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
Maintain accurate inspection documentation using measuring instruments.
Operate forklift - training and certification will be provided
Maintain a safe working environment
