CNC Operator

We are looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role will involve operating CNC machines, performing basic setups, checking parts for quality, and making minor G-code edits as needed. The ideal candidate will have prior CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and efficiently
- Perform basic machine setups and tooling changes
- Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
- Make basic G-code edits and offsets when needed
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
- Maintain quality standards throughout production runs
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic understanding of G-code editing required
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment
