Overview

We are seeking skilled Senior CMM programmers/operators with 4+ years experience in CATIA for an 8 week contract onsite in CALIFORNIA.

Project Specs:

• 8 WEEK Duration onsite in CALIFORNIA
• Pay Rate $50/hr
• 50hrs/week GUARANTEED
• $45 per diem (tax-free), 7 days a week
• Private hotel accommodations (we handle the booking)
• Must have CATIA experience, Solidworks nice to have
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Mileage and travel time compensation

Responsibilities

• Programming Hexagon CMMs with CATIA (version 5) CAD/CAM software of aerospace components and assemblies

• Interpret complex geometric tolerances. perform FAIs, in-process and final inspections (Steel, aluminum)

• Programming is done in CATIA and models are pulled from Solidworks.

• Programming and proving out program

• Inspect any failures w/ hand tools including verniers, calipers, mics, gage blocks, etc.

• Train Full Time Employees

Qualifications

• 4+ recent years experience using CATIA v5 and Solidworks to program and operate CMMs
• Proficient in CATIA for importing models
• Preferred candidate has AS9100 or ISO 9000 experience
• The ideal candidate will also have Faro Arm experience, which uses the Verisurf software for programming

You should be proficient in:

• CNC Programming
• CAD Software
• CAD/CAM Software

• 3D Modeling (Solidworks)
• CAM Software
