Job Overview:

Brief Description:

  • Create and trouble shoot CMM programs using PC-DMIS
  • Perform and manage FAI’s and associated documents in accordance with AS9102
  • Perform visual inspections as needed using optical, mechanical and CMM inspection equipment in-line with aerospace industry standards.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of PC-DMIS programming experience (required)
  • Experience with aerospace machined parts (required)
  • GD&T Knowledge (required)
  • Dependability, teamwork and work ethics are critical (required)
  • Lean Six Sigma Training (preferred)

Communication Requirements:

  • Must speak English well enough to follow directions, both written and verbal

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must have good hand to eye coordination and good dexterity
  • Must have senses of sight (not color blind) and hearing, for safety.
