TekPro is partnered with a leading aerospace machine shop seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to support precision inspection operations on both 1st and 2nd shift.

This is a high-accuracy aerospace environment where quality compliance, tight tolerances, and technical ownership are critical. We are seeking candidates with strong hands-on programming experience in PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso.

Compensation:

• $30–$40 per hour (based on experience)

• Shift differential available for 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Develop, edit, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS or Zeiss Calypso

• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements

• Perform first article inspections (FAI) and production inspection support

• Validate dimensional layouts for tight-tolerance aerospace components

• Troubleshoot inspection issues and resolve measurement discrepancies

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CMM programming experience

• Strong proficiency in PC-DMIS and/or Zeiss Calypso

• Experience supporting aerospace or similarly regulated industries

• Deep understanding of GD&T and inspection methodology

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple part numbers

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift

• 2nd Shift (shift differential available)
