Job Overview:

Position: CMM Programmer

Location:Northbrook, IL

Pay:$22–$27 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM(must be flexible to adjust schedule as needed)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced **CMM Programmer **to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinate measuring machine (CMM) programming and inspection processes, with hands-on experience using Zeiss Calypso software. This role is critical to ensuring product quality and dimensional accuracy throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and program CMM equipment using Calypso software.

  • Develop and maintain CMM programs for both new and existing parts.

  • Verify calibration status and ensure ongoing accuracy of CMM equipment.

  • Document inspection results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with engineering and production teams.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM operation and programming (Zeiss preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

  • Previous inspection experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.

  • Bilingual is a plus
