We're looking for an experienced CMM Programmer to join a leading aviation manufacturer in Fort Worth. If you're an expert with Zeiss Calypso, understand GD&T, and enjoy turning complex engineering drawings into accurate inspection programs, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

✅ Develop and optimize CMM programs using Zeiss Calypso

✅ Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements

✅ Perform dimensional inspections on complex aerospace components

✅ Work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams

✅ Utilize CATIA and 3DX models to support inspection processes

✅ Troubleshoot measurement and programming challenges

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree

✔ 3+ years of CMM programming experience

✔ Strong experience with Zeiss Calypso

✔ Solid understanding of GD&T

✔ Aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred

✔ CATIA and/or 3DX experience is a plus
