•
Perform CMM inspections, dimensional layouts, and AS9102 First Article Inspections; analyze results and report them clearly.
•
Develop alignments, probing routines, scanning strategies, and inspection fixtures for accurate, repeatable measurement.
•
Set up and fixture parts in complex orientations for reliable dimensional verification.
•
Support Production and Quality with CMM troubleshooting, measurement-variation analysis, and dimensional investigations.
•
Maintain CMM programs, inspection records, and related quality documentation.
**What You'll Bring
**
•
2+ years of CMM programming and inspection experience.
•
Proficiency programming and operating coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
•
Experience with MCOSMOS or comparable CMM software (e.g., PC-DMIS, Calypso).
•
Strong working knowledge of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
