Job Overview:

Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled CMM Operator/Quality Technician for our 3rd shift at our facility in Germantown, WI. As a CMM Operator, you will be responsible for operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality of our products meets our high standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection using CMM and hand inspection tools

• Assist in conducting incoming, in-process and final inspection.

• Document results on inspection reports

• Provides inspection support to machine operators.

• Prepare and manage product nonconformance processes.

• Communicate any quality issues to the appropriate personnel

Competencies:

• Ability to read and intepret mechanical blue prints and GDT

• Ability to operate a CMM (Coordinated Measuring Machine

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct quality inspections - record and analyze inspection results

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma

• Prior experience as a CMM Operator preferred

10:00PM to 7:00AM Sunday to Thursday
