As a CMM Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to perform inspections on various components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Conduct measurements and document results accurately, maintaining detailed records of inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in training new team members on CMM operation and quality control procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in quality control is a plus.
• Proven experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is preferred.
