Job DescriptionAs the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program (CMHP) transitions from Acquisition to Sustainment of the CH-148 Cyclone helicopter fleet, it is an exciting time for new business opportunities on the program. A highly motivated customer and the most advanced maritime helicopter in the world make this a unique opportunity to be able to bring value and delight to both the Customer and the Company. CMHP is looking for talented individuals to staff a core business capture team (BCT) to pursue more than sixty new business opportunities over the twenty-year life of the In-Service Support (ISS) program. The CMHP Proposal Analyst will be a key member of the CMHP BCT, instrumental in developing and managing proposals and continuing to refine sales funnel opportunities, all of which directly feed into the Global Commercial & Military Systems (GCMS) long range plan (LRP). Seeking a highly motivated, autonomous, solution-oriented proposal expert to come aboard and help take CMHP’s business development capabilities to the next level.
Develops, plans, and schedules proposals. Compiles cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Coordinates the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments. Researches and analyzes historical data, develops cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinates activities and participates in fact-finding meetings. Participates in should-cost and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives. Participates as a member of the contract negotiating team. Contributes significantly to the program’s LRP process.
Works under very general supervision. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals by performing tasks requiring discretion and complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would normally have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
Frequent internal company and external contacts, including representing the organization as a prime contact on certain projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies and practices for guidance.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and six 4+years of related experience OR 2+ years with a related Master's degree.
Experience in Pricing, Estimating, Finance or other Business Operations function.

Ability to work remotelyPart-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $72,400 - $120,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
