JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: Cleanroom Technician
Cleanroom Team Lead SUMMARY: Performs a combination of tasks in a clean room environment including but not limited to: following clean room procedures and guidelines, inspecting and assembling orders accurately and in a timely manner; and efficiently and safely stacking, marking and packing finished materials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Read and understand work orders to determine job/assembly requirements. • Follow clean room procedures and guidelines. • Inspect output for quality and cleanliness. • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment as needed. • Label, package, seal and document product. • Clean and organize room and equipment. • Maintain a safe, clean work area. • Stack, mark, and pack finished work orders. • Participates in quality improvement efforts. • May perform related administrative tasks as required. • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum of two years of cleanroom experience. • Comfortable working in a clean room environment for extended periods of time. • Be able to stand at cleaning and package station for extended periods of time. • Comfortable working with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks. • Must have good hand-eye coordination and dexterity. • Must have ability to read and comprehend work orders or related documentation or instructions • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. • Ability to follow procedures and work in a safe manner. • Must be a quick learner who can manage time and priorities independently. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Frequently required to lift, push, and carry items up to 50 pounds • Flexible and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
