Tech Operations ManagerResponsibilities

• Supervise, train, recruit and support cleaning technicians
• Job Scheduling
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Manage day-to-day ops including equipment allocation and supply inventory
• In-field support, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standard
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory restocking
• Track job costs, time logs, and project completion reports
• Collaborate with sales team on service proposals, job walkthroughs, and client

onboarding

Schedule & Pay

• Split shift: Monday- Friday 7am-3am with weekends as needed- This is a 40 hour a week job-typically work 2-3 hours during daytime business hours and then in the field at night an additional 4-6 hours

• $50,000-55,000/ Year

Tech Operations ManagerQualifications:

• Proactively communicate with sales to mitigate potential quality issues
• Conduct post-service follow-ups and implement improvements based on client

feedback

• Maintain high service standards through regular training and performance

evaluations

• Clean driving background
• Assist in developing operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols
• Support budgeting and KPI tracking for productivity and profitability
• Typically work 2-3 hours during daytime business
