Responsibilities

• Operate a Class B bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Transport passengers to designated locations on time and in a courteous manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and maintenance.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of routes, passenger counts, and any incidents that occur during transit.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience driving buses or large vehicles is preferred but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
