A phenomenal opportunity exists to join our Geared Turbo Fan (GTF) & Mature Commercial Engines (MCE) Warranty team in the role of Customer Manager at our East Hartford, CT Campus, currently working in a hybrid work environment.
The GTF & MCE Warranty business, which is part of the GTF Engines organization, continues to grow in scope and visibility in line with Pratt & Whitney's GTF engine production, delivery ramp, and increasing aftermarket demands. GTF & MCE Warranty also continues to support all MCE models. This is a unique opportunity at Pratt & Whitney to gain direct customer experience on all commercial products across all phases of the engine life cycle with a unique perspective into the combined P&L: New engine Service Policy, guarantees related to reliability, performance, durability, and cost, and non-contractual support and at the same time play a big part in overall customer satisfaction.
As the Claims Principal Specialist, reporting directly to the Director, your leadership role is essential for the operations of our CE Warranty group.
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or other related field
