Job Description

Position: Civil Engineer

Locations: Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI

We’re partnered with a well-established civil engineering and construction management firm that has two immediate openings for Civil Engineers.

About the Role:

-Collaborate closely with the design group on municipal infrastructure and water resource projects

-Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to ensure project success and maintain relationships

-Provide technical input and oversight from planning through delivery

-Support permitting, design reviews, and project documentation

Preferred Experience:

3–15 years of experience in civil or municipal engineering

PE license strongly preferred (or ability to obtain)

Proven experience with water, sewer, and stormwater management projects

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $90K–$140K depending on experience

3–4 weeks PTO

Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle

Performance-based bonuses

Relocation support available
