What you’ll do day-to-day (with your team members):

• Create and prioritize the backlog for the RaPID Agile Release Train

• Work with your leadership to develop a six-quarter roadmap, and accompanying workforce plan that delivers value to a varied stakeholder group

• Focus teams on delivering to identified objectives at the team and enterprise level

• Manage a team of highly motivated product owners and systems engineers, with focus on career development

Minimum Requirements for this Position:

• Must be a US citizen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems engineering, business or a related field. Four additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

• Requires at least 8 years of experience in iterative development methodology such as Agile, Scrum, XP, Lean or similar. A Master's degree may count for 2 years of experience

• Demonstrated leadership competencies in a management or product role

• Recent experience with Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise

These Skills Would be Amazing:

• Prior development experience

• Prior management experience leading teams of 10 or more

• Exposure to geospatial and GIS technologies, e.g. Esri, ERDAS, geoJSON

• Experience leading teams to adopt CI/CD and SOA best practices

• Experience leading distributed teams

• Knowledge and experience of design thinking and systems engineering principles

• SAFe Agilist, SPC, CSPO, or similar certification

• Willingness and ability to obtain USG Security Clearance

The compensation range for this position is $106,500.00 - $177,500.00 USD annually, dependent on skills and experience. This position is also eligible for a bonus plan.
