Are you ready to kickstart your career in the chemical industry? We’re seeking a motivated Chemical Production Operator to join our dynamic team in Mt. Holly, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and operate key production processes within our Care Chemicals Business Unit.
• Ensure safety through knowledge of OSHA procedures and plant hazard identification.
• Perform tasks such as drumming/repackaging, bulk material transfers, and general equipment troubleshooting.
• Operate a forklift and assist with training new operators.
• Complete and maintain required plant documentation (batch sheets, SOPs, logs, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required; prior chemical experience is a plus.
• Strong math, computer, and reading comprehension skills.
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in varying conditions (hot, cold, wet environments).
