Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our 1st shift production team. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or batch production experience who are comfortable working in an industrial, chemical-based environment. The technician will follow production formulas, measure materials accurately, document batch data, and support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to batch instructions

• Follow standardized formulas, recipes, and production procedures

• Record production data, batch information, and observations accurately

• Maintain quality standards and adhere to all safety protocols

• Move materials and finished products manually or using appropriate equipment

• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, production, or batch processing experience

• Strong basic math and measuring skills

• Ability to follow written instructions and production formulas

• Comfortable recording production information clearly and accurately

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Must successfully pass a ruler and math assessment

• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food production, or industrial manufacturing is a plus
