- Ability to teach both technology concepts and operating procedures to other technicians
- Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures, climb stairs, climb ladders, lift & carry 55 lbs, and perform other physical duties
- Must be able to work shift work, including weekends. Prior work in food manufacturing setting is preferred. A background in chemistry is a plus.
- Check work email daily for information or instructions that may be critical to their job performance
- Daily careful review of all E-Log entries (shift notes and guidelines) in their area. Review logs for all days since the last time at work to keep abreast of any changes, information or instructions that may be critical to their job performance.
- Background checks and drug/alcohol screenings will be conducted
- Must successfully complete all three proficiency levels within their established time frames.

- Comply with all environmental standards, procedures and work instructions at all times.
- Report any environmental violations or near misses in order to prevent any impact upon the local environment, its inhabitants and Tate & Lyle.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to the safety policies, procedures and site rules.
- Fully participate in the safety program, including reporting any incidents or near misses and auditing.
Entry Level Pay is $25.88
Current Top out Pay is $43.28
