Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and mix chemicals according to established formulas and specifications.
• Monitor and adjust mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Document all mixing activities, including batch records and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any mixing or equipment issues that arise.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in chemical processing is a plus.
• Previous experience in a chemical mixing or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic understanding of chemical safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
