**Job Summary:

**

Our client is looking for experienced Chemical Mixing Operator to work in a manufacturing environment. The Chemical Mixing Operator will be responsible for measuring and mixing raw materials, operating production equipment, following batch instructions, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Operate mixing machines and other manufacturing equipment safely.
• Read and follow batch tickets and production instructions.
• Accurately weigh and add raw materials according to required formulas.
• Mix materials to produce adhesive products.
• Set up, adjust, and monitor equipment during production.
• Monitor product quality and identify defective products.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and production processes.
• Maintain accurate production and batch records.
• Follow all company Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) standards.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Requirements:

**

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required.
• Chemical mixing experience is highly preferred.
• Experience handling hazardous chemicals is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for approximately 90% of the shift.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
