Chemical Lab Technician Responsibilities:

Monitor, evaluate and analyze chemicals used in automotive production processes. Assist and work with team members to obtain effective and efficient production.

• Measure, record, analyze and maintain chemical concentration requirements needed to achieve effective operational control.
• Accurately report chemical concentrations using charts and graphs.
• Conduct project work and research per Chemist’s direction.
• Process parts needing re-work, including deburring and derusting.
• Evaluate cleaning chemicals.

Chemical Lab Technician requirements:

• Completion of at least 2 years of school towards a chemistry degree.
