Batch Mixer

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Batch Mixer to join our manufacturing team. The Batch Mixer is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and mixing raw materials according to established formulas and production procedures. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and weigh raw materials accurately according to batch formulas and work instructions.

• Operate mixers and related production equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow established mixing procedures, production schedules, and quality standards.

• Monitor batches throughout the mixing process to ensure consistency and proper results.

• Record batch information, material usage, and production data accurately.

• Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and consistency.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Communicate any equipment issues, material discrepancies, or quality concerns to supervisors.

• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of mixing equipment.

• Lift, move, and handle raw materials as required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, batching, or mixing experience preferred.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently.

• Basic math skills, including measuring and weighing materials.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.

• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.

Schedule & Pay

• $20.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

• Full-time position
