Oversee OEM (General Motors, Ford, Stellantis, Mercedes & Nissan) chassis inventory management functions at all PVD sites. In addition, this role will support our OE partners & internal departments via consistent collaboration, communication and reporting.
Assist management with chassis specifications, allocation and ordering
Process new chassis allocation uploads and data entry in relevant systems
Process daily OEM correspondence – factory invoices, status updates and incentive statements
Provide daily, weekly & monthly chassis reporting – vehicle status, delivery, pool to pool transfers, chassis releases and release verification
Process daily chassis releases & release verification
Process chassis release change orders – dealer code and/or credit & rebill
Responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation and/or audit – internal, OEM and floorplan
Responsible for manufacturer floorplan physical audits in Alabama and to assist with offsite audits
Coordinate with other PVD locations - communication, reporting and data entry
Manage offsite chassis inventory – transportation damage, recalls and mechanical repairs
Manage OEM and internal Demo Programs
Provide regular and ad hoc support to OE partners & internal departments as needed

High school diploma or equivalent
Inventory management and/or MRP experience a plus
