Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Senior Manager of the CH-53K Final Assembly Line, this candidate will be an integral part of the management team. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, programs, finance and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Candidate will also assist in planning future capital/expense requirements for the CH-53K to ensure that AFO projects and shop supplies are funded.
Incorporate digital transformation tools into the design for the future layout of the CH-53K.
• Provide high level business support and analysis to ensure efficient performance for the CH-53K
• Provide leadership with performance reports
• Support corporate, AS9100D, and related audits
• Support all corporate and customer events and facility tours
• Candidate will be interacting with management in various functions and Operations
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, project management, financial principles and application, and a thorough understanding of Operations business practices.
Basic QualificationsSeeking highly motivated, flexible individual with proven communication and organizational skills.
Export compliance familiarization and experience in a Planning & Control functions, preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including but not limited to, Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self-starter and ability to work cross-functionally is a must.
Position requires a working knowledge of Operations, Finance and Program / Project Management (minimum 5 years).
Desired skillsKnowledge of SAP helpful.
Prior Management experience preferred.
Previous aerospace experience

Ability to work remotelyOnsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $93,100 - $155,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
