Primary role is to perform verification of dimensions based on shop drawings and specification. Perform dimensional check with tape measure. We understand that we are losing potential good hires from our current process of hiring Fitters due to them accepting other positions prior to even testing and/or interviewing. I am excited to announce our new process for bringing Fitters to Precision Build!

We are deleting the blueprint drawing test from the process!

1. After we review the emailed resume, we will determine from their experience if we would like to bring them on board or not. After review of the resume, I will let you know if we want to make an offer or pass.

2. ALL Fitters will be offered $28.00/hour to start and work performance will be reviewed for one month.

3. After one month, 1 of 3 things will happen:

4. 1. If above expectations, we will bump them in pay to A class ($30-$35)

   2. If meeting expectations, they will hold at $28.00/hour until the probationary period ends.
   3. If they are not meeting expectations, we will end the assignment.
