• Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior welders as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
• Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Minimum of 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and metallurgy.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
