Job Overview:

If you're the electrician on the crew that everyone else quietly relies on, this one's for you.

We're looking for a Certified Electrician (active California DIR certification required) to join a growing EV charging installation team based out of the LA area. This is a hands on, individual contributor role. You won't be managing a crew or owning project timelines. What you will be doing is real electrical work that matters: installing and troubleshooting EV charging stations, running EMT and underground conduit, pulling and terminating wire, and working across 208V, 240V, and 480V systems.

You'll read blueprints and one line diagrams like second nature, and you'll be the person newer installers glance over at when something doesn't look quite right. Not because it's your job title, but because your experience earns that trust naturally.

The company behind this role has been in the clean energy and EV infrastructure space for over a decade and has built a reputation as one of the go to names in EV charger installation nationally. They handle projects from engineering all the way through construction and ongoing maintenance, so their electricians get to see the work through, not just install and disappear.

What's in it for you:

  • Pay starts at $40+ per hour depending on experience
  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off and paid holidays

What we're looking for:

  • Active Certified Electrician status through California DIR
  • At least 4 years of electrical experience
  • Comfortable working in energized panels and installing breakers with proper safety protocols
  • Strong knowledge of NEC Article 625 for EV charging installations
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
  • Willingness to travel throughout LA and surrounding counties, with occasional overnight or weekend work depending on the project

If you love the idea of doing skilled, meaningful electrical work in a booming industry, without the headaches of supervising a crew, let's talk.

You should be proficient in:

  • 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
  • EV Charger Installation (EVSE)
  • Electrical Schematic Reading
