This grinding position will be responsible for set-up/production on full CNC and manual machines. This Grinding position will require making quality verifications and adjustments as necessary.

* $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Bonus will be paid in 3 increments of $500/90 Days, $1,000/6 Months, and 1,500/12 Months

This Centerless Grinding position requires 2 – 5 years’ experience:

• Must be able to dress centerless grinding wheels
• Must be able to set work blade heights
• Must have experience holding .0001 tolerances
• Read and interpret drawings
• Read micrometer and other precision instruments
• Calculate/adjust machine settings
• Identify/solve problems
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Possess a solid work history
• High School diploma/GED preferred
